The ASUSTOR AS6706T V2, marketed as the LOCKERSTOR 6 Gen2+, is a high-performance 6-bay network attached storage platform designed for content creators, virtualization environments, business file sharing, media production, and edge infrastructure deployments. It combines large-capacity storage, SSD acceleration, and multi-gigabit networking in a desktop NAS form factor.

Powered by an Intel Celeron N5105 quad-core processor operating at 2.0GHz with burst speeds up to 2.9GHz, the system includes 8GB DDR4 memory and supports expansion up to 16GB. Four integrated M.2 NVMe SSD slots enable SSD caching or all-flash storage configurations, while six SATA drive bays provide scalable capacity for RAID-protected storage pools.

Dual 5-Gigabit Ethernet interfaces support high-speed data transfers and SMB Multichannel deployments. Additional connectivity includes USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports, HDMI 2.0b output, and a PCIe expansion slot for future networking or storage upgrades.
