The QNAP TS-673A-8G-US is a 6-bay desktop NAS designed for SMB storage, virtualization, and high-performance file services.

It is powered by the AMD Ryzen Embedded V1500B quad-core processor, providing 4 cores / 8 threads with up to 2.2 GHz burst performance. This enables stable handling of multi-user workloads, containerized applications, and virtual machines.

The system includes dual 2.5GbE LAN ports and dual PCIe Gen3 expansion slots, allowing deployment of 10GbE networking, GPU acceleration, or additional I/O adapters depending on workload requirements.

It supports 2x M.2 NVMe SSD slots for cache acceleration and tiered storage optimization, improving random I/O performance in database and virtualization environments.

This platform is suitable for SMB file servers, backup targets, virtualization hosts, and edge storage nodes. It is not intended for consumer desktop use or unsupported third-party hardware configurations outside QNAP compatibility lists.
