Overview

The Lenovo 12WE000BUS is a ThinkSmart Core Gen 2 meeting room system designed for Microsoft Teams Rooms deployments. It combines a dedicated compute unit with an IP touchscreen controller to standardize collaboration environments across enterprise meeting spaces.

It is built on an Intel Core Ultra 5 platform with integrated wireless connectivity, enabling consistent performance for conferencing workloads, device control, and content sharing. The bundled 10.1-inch controller provides a centralized interface for room scheduling and meeting control.

Deployment is optimized for conference rooms that already have A/V peripherals (cameras, mics, displays). The system integrates via HDMI, USB, and Ethernet, and supports centralized management through ThinkSmart Manager.

It is compatible with Microsoft Teams Rooms environments and Windows 11 IoT Enterprise. Not suitable for general-purpose compute workloads or environments requiring standalone UC platforms outside Teams Rooms.
