Gen10 Plus MicroServer iLO Server Enablement Kit

The HPE P19427‑001 kit is an official iLO Enablement module designed specifically for the ProLiant MicroServer Gen10 Plus. By itself, the Gen10 Plus does not support out-of-band management—but once this kit is installed into the dedicated riser slot,it unlocks iLO 5 Essentials features and activates the dedicated iLO NIC port. This allows remote console access, virtual media over integrated remote console (IRC), text and graphical remote KVM sessions, and email-based alerting. Ideal for small deployments, remote/branch offices, or lab environments, the kit is essential for administrators who need secure and reliable remote server management. It’s a plug-in module that integrates seamlessly and enables full remote management without altering existing server hardware.

This iLO Enablement Kit contains the activation token and network interface required to enable embedded iLO 5 remote-management capabilities in the MicroServer Gen10 Plus platform. Once inserted into the iLO module riser slot on the motherboard, the kit activates iLO 5 Essentials license—turning on features such as virtual media, graphical remote console, and email alerting. A dedicated NIC port is integrated via the module, ensuring that iLO traffic is kept separate from the host operating system network interface. The kit plugs directly into the motherboard connector designated for iLO—but does not affect other hardware.
