Overview :
The Logitech 952-000038 is a modular beamforming microphone pod designed for extension of the Rally conferencing system. It is used by meeting‑room AV engineers and IT infrastructure teams to expand audio pickup coverage around long tables or large spaces, solving the issue of distant participants being inaudible. Equipped with four omnidirectional microphones forming eight acoustic beams, it captures speech within approximately a 15 ft (4.5 m) radius, handles 90 Hz to 16 kHz frequency range, and outputs data at 48 kHz. The unit is suited for deployment in medium to large conference rooms, U‑shaped tables, or when wall/ceiling mounting is required, working alongside the Rally Bar, Rally Bar Mini, Rally or Rally Plus. It integrates with the Logitech Sync management platform for device monitoring and firmware updates.
