The TRENDnet TI-PF11SFP is an industrial SFP to Gigabit PoE+ media converter, engineered to bridge fiber optic cabling with copper Ethernet networks while delivering power to connected devices. Its primary function is to extend network connections over long distances using fiber, then convert the signal back to a copper RJ-45 interface that can power devices like IP cameras, wireless access points, and VoIP phones in locations where a power outlet is unavailable.
