The NETGEAR GS728TXUP-300NAS is a 24-port Gigabit PoE+ and PoE++ smart switch designed for converged business networks. It provides Ethernet connectivity and power delivery for devices such as access points, IP cameras, and VoIP endpoints.
The switch provides 24 × 10/100/1000BASE-T RJ45 ports, with 16 ports supporting IEEE 802.3at PoE+ and 8 ports supporting IEEE 802.3bt PoE++. The total PoE power budget is 420W. Four additional 1000/10G SFP+ ports provide fiber uplink capability.
It is suitable for rack-mounted network deployments where Gigabit edge connectivity, PoE power, and higher-speed fiber uplinks are required. The unit is a standalone smart switch with optional NETGEAR Insight cloud management.
