Overview :

The RUCKUS ICX7550-48ZP-E2 is a 48-port stackable access/aggregation switch designed for campus or branch network deployments requiring high-density multigigabit access and advanced power-over-ethernet capabilities. It supports a mix of 10/100/1000 Mb/s and 2.5/5/10 Gb/s RJ-45 ports and delivers IEEE 802.3bt (up to 90 W) PoE++ per port, enabling power-hungry devices such as Wi-Fi 6/7 access points or video/lighting systems. With support for stacking of up to 12 units (and up to ~2.4 Tb/s aggregate stack bandwidth) and uplink/stack ports capable of 40/100 GbE, it fits both access-layer and distribution-layer roles in mid-to-large enterprise networks. Power redundancy, hot-swappable fans and modules allow deployment in demanding data-centre or high-availability campus edge sites. Management can be consolidated via controller-based or cloud-based means, easing integration into existing network frameworks.
