Overview :

The APC SMT2200RM2UC is a 2U rackmount line-interactive uninterruptible power supply designed to provide regulated backup power for rack-mounted IT equipment in enterprise and edge environments. It is commonly deployed by network engineers, data center operators, and infrastructure administrators to maintain power continuity for servers, storage arrays, and networking equipment during utility interruptions or voltage instability. The unit provides battery backup and surge protection in a single rack-mountable platform suitable for standardized 19-inch racks.

This UPS delivers a rated capacity of 2200VA / 1920W with a pure sine wave output suitable for sensitive electronics and modern active-PFC power supplies. The line-interactive topology incorporates Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR) to correct undervoltage and overvoltage conditions without switching to battery power, preserving battery life. It operates on a 120V electrical ecosystem, supports an input voltage range of approximately 82–143V, and uses a NEMA 5-20P input connector with eight protected outlets (six NEMA 5-15R and two NEMA 5-20R).
