The Eaton 5SC500 is a compact tower uninterruptible power supply designed for network switches, storage devices and small business servers requiring clean, regulated AC power. This unit delivers 500 VA (350 W) of line-interactive protection with AVR (buck/boost) and pure sine wave output during battery mode, helping prevent damage to active PFC or sensitive loads. Its short depth (8.2 in) and modest footprint make it suitable for branch offices, edge computing racks or compact data-closet deployments, and it supports integration with Eaton’s Intelligent Power Manager software via USB or RS-232. Engineers will appreciate the front-panel user interface for status monitoring and the ABM® battery management system for extended battery life.
