Overview

The Eaton 5P2200 is a 1.95 kVA (1,920 W) line-interactive uninterruptible power supply (UPS) designed for rack/tower deployment in network closets, branch offices and distributed IT environments. It delivers high-quality power using pure sine-wave output and automatic voltage regulation, ensuring servers, storage, VoIP switches and other critical gear remain protected during blackouts, brownouts and electrical disturbances.Its 2U rack-mount or tower form factor fits standard 19-inch cabinets while offering versatility in small form-factor spaces. The unit features an intuitive graphical LCD with load and battery status, hot-swappable sealed lead-acid batteries and Eaton’s ABM™ battery management technology which significantly extends battery service life. The eight NEMA 5-20R outlets allow multiple devices to be supported, while managed outlet banks enable non-critical loads to be shed during a power event—extending runtime for essential systems.Remote management is supported via USB and RS-232 ports, with optional network cards available for SNMP/web monitoring, safe shutdowns and firmware updates. Efficiency in line mode is very high (up to about 99 %) reducing heat and energy costs.
