The Eaton OMNIVS1500XL is a tower-format line-interactive uninterruptible power supply designed for IT professionals and engineers responsible for backup power in branch offices, network closets or light data-centre environments. It delivers 1.44 kVA (940 W) output at nominal 120 V, providing battery backup, surge protection and Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR) to maintain output during brownouts or over-voltage events. The unit features hot-swappable internal user-replaceable batteries and supports a single optional external battery pack to extend runtime when needed. Its compact footprint makes it suitable for deployment on desktops, shelves or small racks in branch, edge or campus locations, and it integrates via USB and serial communication ports for monitoring and safe unattended shutdown.
