The Eaton SMART1500RMXLN is a line‑interactive uninterruptible power supply (UPS) designed to provide regulated AC power and short‑duration backup for rack‑mount IT, networking, and telecom equipment in 120 V single‑phase utility environments. It is specified by IT engineers, facilities teams, and data center technicians where protection against utility brownouts, swells, short outages, and transient disturbances is required, enabling orderly shutdown or bridging to standby power. Its topology actively corrects voltage anomalies before engaging battery support, preserving battery reserve for true outages.

This UPS delivers a rated 1500 VA / 1440 W output with a unity power factor and pure sine‑wave output. Internal VRLA batteries support connected loads during outages, while integrated automatic voltage regulation (AVR) corrects undervoltages and overvoltages without immediately switching to battery, reducing battery wear.
