Dell 5JCTG is a 13.3-inch rugged enterprise laptop from the Dell Pro Rugged 13 RA13250 platform, designed for field engineers, industrial environments, defense, utilities, and on-site technical operations where durability and reliability are critical.

It is powered by an Intel Core Ultra 5 135U processor (12 cores, hybrid architecture) with integrated AI acceleration (NPU), paired with 16GB LPDDR5x memory and a 512GB NVMe SSD. The system uses integrated Intel Graphics optimized for low-power professional workloads such as diagnostics, reporting, and field applications.

The device features a 13.3-inch Full HD (1920×1080) touchscreen with high brightness (up to ~1400 nits depending on configuration), making it usable in outdoor and high-light environments. It includes modern enterprise I/O such as Thunderbolt 4, USB-A, HDMI 2.1, RJ-45 Ethernet, and legacy serial (DB-9) support for industrial equipment connectivity.
