The StarTech P2AD122-KVM-SWITCH is a 2-port DisplayPort KVM switch designed to control two DisplayPort-enabled systems from a single keyboard, mouse, and monitor setup. It enables efficient workstation consolidation in environments such as engineering desks, IT admin stations, and control rooms where quick switching between systems is required.

The switch supports high-resolution DisplayPort video (up to 4K class depending on source) and integrates USB HID connectivity for keyboard and mouse operation. It also allows peripheral sharing via USB, reducing the need for duplicate input devices across systems.
