The APC AP5821 is a 6-foot cable designed to interconnect integrated rack LCD/KVM consoles with servers. It provides both USB 2.0 (for keyboard/mouse) and VGA (HD-15) connectivity in one assembly. It is intended for rack or data-center use, bridging a KVM console to server ports during deployment or maintenance. The cable complements APC’s integrated rack LCD/KVM components in a modular system.
