The Tripp Lite N238-P01-MPTL-A (by Eaton) is a field-terminating Cat6a shielded modular plug designed for high-performance enterprise networks, data centers, and industrial automation environments. Network technicians and cabling installers use this plug to terminate solid-core or stranded Ethernet cables directly to hardware without needing a traditional wall jack or surface-mount box, enabling custom-length direct connections to security cameras, wireless access points, and LED lighting grids.

It supports 10G Ethernet data transmission rates over 500 MHz bandwidth, ensuring high-speed data flow and minimal crosstalk. The fully shielded die-cast zinc housing protects against electromagnetic interference (EMI) and radio frequency interference (RFI) in high-noise server rooms.

Optimized for deployment in structured cabling systems, data center top-of-rack links, and high-density network switches. It accommodates a wide range of cable gauges and features a toolless termination design for rapid deployment.

Compatible with standard RJ45 ports and Cat6a/Cat6/Cat5e shielded horizontal cable. Do not use this plug with unshielded cabling if complete EMI/RFI mitigation is required by your infrastructure specifications.
