Overview

The APC ACDC2516 is a roof‑height adapter designed for NetShelter SX racks in aisle‑containment systems. It raises a 42U SX enclosure by 1,016 mm, converting it into a 48U SX rack without needing to replace the original frame. This makes it very useful when integrating with existing containment ceiling rails or ductwork designed for 48U height. By using this adapter, thermal sealing and airflow separation (hot/cold‑aisle) remain intact, while enabling modular upgrades and maintaining structural consistency across the containment row.
