Overview :

The Yealink WHD622UC is a DECT wireless dual-ear (binaural) UC headset designed as a replacement headset unit for Yealink WH62 and WH66 DECT wireless systems. It is intended for enterprise voice communication environments requiring stable long-range connectivity and high-quality audio performance.

It operates via DECT technology and must be paired with a compatible Yealink DECT base station (such as W70B or multi-cell DECT systems). This allows users to move freely within large office or contact center environments while maintaining stable call quality and low latency audio transmission.

The headset supports binaural audio with wideband frequency response and integrated noise-canceling microphone technology for clear speech in high-noise environments. It is commonly used in retail, hospitality, healthcare, and enterprise call center deployments where hands-free mobility is required.
