Overview :

The Yealink EHS40 is a wireless headset adapter designed to provide electronic hook switch (EHS) functionality between compatible Yealink IP phones and supported wireless headset systems. It enables users to answer, end, and manage calls remotely from their headset without returning to the desk phone.

The adapter connects directly to the USB port of supported Yealink IP phones and supports plug-and-play deployment. It is commonly deployed in reception areas, call centers, customer service environments, healthcare facilities, and enterprise offices where hands-free mobility improves productivity.

The EHS40 is compatible with selected wireless headset solutions from Jabra, Plantronics (Poly), and Sennheiser (EPOS), allowing remote call control and call notification through the headset. It is intended for supported Yealink desk phones and should not be used as a general-purpose USB headset interface.
