Overview
The HPE R3V91A is a compact branch-gateway appliance built for enterprise branch or small campus use where wired and wireless edge services, SD-WAN and security need to be unified. It supports up to 2,048 client devices and includes 4 gigabit RJ-45 ports plus integrated LTE connectivity, enabling WAN uplink diversity or fail-over via cellular. This model fits into branch offices, retail outlets or remote sites where a full rack isn't available and where cloud-managed SD-Branch capabilities via Aruba Central are desirable. It complements wired LAN, Wi-Fi access point deployments and can enforce wired/wireless policies, making it suitable for converged LAN/WLAN/SD-WAN deployments.
