It offers up to 24 active ports supporting 4, 8 or 16 Gb/s speeds, allowing storage and server teams to interconnect HCIA/HCI, virtualization, or backup systems at enterprise‑grade bandwidth. It is well suited to campus data centres, branch‑to‑data‑centre links or edge‑SAN expansions where high port density and Fibre Channel transparency are required. Designed to integrate with HPE B‑series Fabric OS management tools (Web Tools, SAN Network Advisor) it supports non‑disruptive upgrades and advanced fabric services for ongoing operational management.
