Overview
The Ubiquiti UACC-OFC-M2-LULU-1M-50 is an OM4 Duplex LC UPC Fiber Patch Cable supplied as a 50-pack of 1-meter cables. It uses multimode fiber with duplex LC UPC connectors and is designed for indoor optical-fiber networking installations.
Fiber and Connector Design
Each cable uses OM4 multimode fiber with duplex LC UPC connectors. The cable supports 850/1300 nm wavelengths and has a 2 mm jacket diameter, providing a compact fiber connection for compatible optical networking equipment.
Construction
The cables use a low-smoke zero-halogen (LSZH) jacket in a rose color. Ubiquiti specifies the cables for indoor operation and an ambient operating temperature range of -40 to 75°C.
Optical Performance
Ubiquiti specifies insertion loss of no more than 0.3 dB and return loss of at least 35 dB. Repeatability is specified at no more than 0.1 dB, while durability is rated at no more than 0.2 dB after 1,000 mating cycles.
Key Features
- OM4 multimode fiber construction
- Duplex LC UPC connectors
- 1-meter cable length
- Low-smoke zero-halogen (LSZH) 2 mm jacket
- 50 cables supplied per pack
Applications
The UACC-OFC-M2-LULU-1M-50 is intended for indoor fiber patching between compatible LC UPC optical interfaces. The 50-pack format is suited to network installations requiring multiple short OM4 fiber connections.
