Overview :

This is a 130 W external supply unit from Netgear, used to boost the PoE budget on compatible switches. Engineers use this when the built-in power budget of the switch is insufficient for added PoE devices. It offers 54 V output and supports flexible PoE allocations for connected Ethernet switches. It is deployed in wiring closets, edge closets, or intermediate distribution rooms to supplement power capacity. It integrates transparently with supported Netgear switches using their flexible PoE technology.
