Overview
The EATON B163-100 is a video/audio over IP receiver designed to work with the B163-001 transmitter. It receives HDMI video and audio over a Gigabit Ethernet network and supports 4K at 60Hz for professional AV and IT installations. It can operate in point-to-point unicast or one-to-many multicast configurations through a managed network switch.
The B163-100 supports visually lossless compression, approximately 800 Mbps video bitrate and low latency for demanding 4K applications. It is designed for use with standard Cat5e, Cat6 or Cat6a network cabling and is TAA compliant.
