The Yealink AMS-AX86R-1YEAR is a 1-year Advanced Maintenance Service (AMS) license for the Yealink AX86R rugged DECT handset series. It is a service-based SKU used to extend the standard manufacturer warranty and support coverage for enterprise deployments.

This service is designed for organizations using AX86R devices in industrial, warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, hospitality, and field operations environments, where device uptime and long-term support continuity are critical.

The AMS license provides extended access to Yealink technical support, firmware updates, and warranty replacement eligibility according to Yealink’s service policy. It is activated per device and is managed through Yealink’s entitlement system.

This SKU does not include any physical hardware or accessories and cannot function independently of a supported AX86R device.
