The Eaton Tripp Lite Series BP36RT is a high-performance 36V DC external battery pack engineered to extend system runtime for compatible Eaton and Tripp Lite uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems. Designed for enterprise server rooms, telecom closets, healthcare IT systems, and edge data centers, it provides reliable backup power support to keep critical network infrastructure operational during extended power outages.

Featuring robust internal sealed lead-acid (SLA) AGM batteries, the Eaton Tripp Lite BP36RT connects directly to the host UPS via an integrated heavy-gauge DC cable with a high-current polarized plug. Multiple BP36RT battery modules can be daisy-chained in parallel to dynamically scale runtime autonomy based on specific load demands across Tripp Lite equipment racks.

Deployable in standard 19-inch 4-post racks, 2-post relay racks, or tower configurations using included mounting hardware. The heavy-duty 2U steel chassis houses user-replaceable, hot-swappable internal battery modules to simplify maintenance without interrupting utility power to connected loads. Do NOT connect to UPS models operating at DC voltages other than 36V DC or mix battery chemistries.
