The Eaton Tripp Lite Series BP48RT is a high-performance 48V DC external battery pack engineered to extend system runtime for compatible Eaton and Tripp Lite uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems. Designed for enterprise server rooms, data centers, healthcare IT setups, and network closets, it provides reliable extended backup power to keep mission-critical IT equipment operational during prolonged utility power outages.

Featuring heavy-duty internal sealed lead-acid (SLA) AGM batteries, the Eaton Tripp Lite BP48RT connects directly to the host UPS using an integrated heavy-gauge DC cable with a high-current polarized connector. Multiple BP48RT battery modules can be daisy-chained in parallel to dynamically scale runtime autonomy based on specific system load requirements across Tripp Lite rack configurations.

Deployable in standard 19-inch 4-post racks, 2-post relay racks, or tower configurations using included mounting hardware. The industrial-grade 2U steel chassis houses user-replaceable, hot-swappable internal battery modules to simplify maintenance without interrupting utility power to connected hardware. Do NOT connect to UPS models operating at DC voltages other than 48V DC or mix battery chemistries.
