Overview :

The Yealink 1300033 (EXP50) is a high-performance color-screen expansion module engineered for enterprise receptionists, administrative assistants, and contact center agents. It solves the challenge of handling heavy call traffic by extending the functional capability and programmable line capacity of desktop IP phones.

Equipped with a 4.3-inch color LCD and intuitive visual icons, the module streamlines multi-line operations. It features 20 physical keys per page across three page views, enabling up to 60 programmable shortcuts for busy professionals. Up to three modules can be daisy-chained to provide a total of 180 additional keys.

Optimized for corporate offices, reception desks, and executive suites. It connects securely via USB to the host desktop phone and mounts cleanly with an adjustable two-angle desk stand.

Compatible with Yealink T5 series IP phones (including T53, T53W, T54W, T57W, T58A) and select Microsoft Teams desktop models. It should not be used with legacy non-T5 phone series lacking native USB expansion support.
