Overview

The JL705C is a 1‑rack‑unit, fixed‑port switch in the Aruba CX 8360 v2 family designed for campus core or data‑centre aggregation roles. It provides 48 ports of 1/10/25 GbE (SFP28) plus six ports of 40/100 GbE (QSFP28) in a compact form factor. With up to ~4.8 Tbps switching capacity and embedded MACsec support, it addresses the requirement for high‑density, high‑speed routing and switching in modern leaf/spine or core network fabrics. The v2 architecture integrates ArubaOS‑CX for full L2/L3 services, analytics (Network Analytics Engine), automation and redundancy readiness.
