The NETGEAR M4300 GSM4328PA-100NES is a Layer 3 managed switch built for mid-sized enterprise edge and core deployments that need dependable power and high-speed uplinks. It features 24 Gigabit PoE+ ports for powering your entire wireless access point or IP camera deployment and includes a 480W budget right out of the box. With four independent 10 Gigabit uplinks and full L3 routing capabilities, this switch easily handles converged data, voice, and video traffic. It's fully stackable with all M4300 models to deliver a flexible, high-availability architecture with non-stop forwarding.
