The INTELLINET 561907 is a high-performance 24-port Gigabit Ethernet unmanaged switch featuring Power over Ethernet Plus (PoE+) capabilities and two dedicated 1G Small Form-Factor Pluggable (SFP) fiber uplink slots.It is engineered for network administrators and data center technicians to seamlessly pass both data and electrical power over standard Cat5e or Cat6 cables to numerous network devices.The unit solves the challenge of powering remote hardware×such as IP security cameras, wireless access points, and VoIP phones×without requiring separate electrical rewiring or bulky localized power adapters.
Technically, the switch delivers a total power budget of 370 watts, supporting up to 30 watts per port via the IEEE 802.3at/af standard.It includes advanced built-in features such as a Self-Healing Powered Device Monitor (PDM) network watchdog that automatically pings and reboots unresponsive PoE devices, a manual VLAN mode for port isolation, and a PoE Extend mode that stretches data and power delivery up to 250 meters at reduced speeds.It is housed in a sturdy 19-inch rack-mountable metal enclosure with dual high-volume cooling fans.
Deployment is optimized for enterprise surveillance systems, modern office local area networks, and multi-device IP deployments. Compatibility spans standard IEEE 802.3at/af compliant powered devices, 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet equipment, and optical fiber modules via the open SFP slots.
