The HPE JL256A#ABA is a high-performance Layer 3 access switch belonging to the Aruba 2930F series. It is engineered for the demands of the modern digital workplace, providing a reliable and secure foundation for enterprise edge, small to midsize business (SMB), and branch office networks. This switch excels at connecting and powering devices such as wireless access points, VoIP phones, and security cameras, streamlining network infrastructure. At its core, the switch is powered by a robust Aruba ProVision ASIC, delivering low latency and high performance. It features 48 autosensing 10/100/1000 Gigabit Ethernet ports that support Power over Ethernet Plus (PoE+), offering a total power budget of 370W. For high-speed connectivity to the network core or for stacking, four dedicated 10GbE SFP+ uplink ports are provided, ensuring that network bottlenecks are minimized.
