Detailed Specifications
TRENDnet TPE-TG350 5-Port 2.5G Unmanaged PoE+ Switch
Overview :
The TRENDnet TPE-TG350 is an unmanaged Layer 2 Ethernet switch designed to enhance network performance in small office, home office (SOHO), and small to medium-sized business (SMB) environments. It directly addresses network bottlenecks by providing multi-gigabit speeds over existing Cat5e or better cabling infrastructure. This switch is engineered for deployments that require both higher bandwidth for devices like Wi-Fi 6 access points and Power over Ethernet (PoE+) for powering IP cameras, VoIP phones, and other compatible endpoints. This device offers a straightforward, plug-and-play solution for upgrading network throughput. With five 2.5GBASE-T RJ-45 ports, it delivers speeds up to 2.5Gbps per port, supported by a 25Gbps switching capacity that ensures data flows smoothly without congestion. Four of these ports are PoE+ compliant (IEEE 802.3at/af), supplying a total power budget of 55W and up to 30W per port. This capability simplifies installation by combining power and data delivery over a single Ethernet cable. Built with a compact and durable metal housing, the TPE-TG350 is suitable for either desktop or wall-mounted placement, offering installation flexibility. Its fanless design ensures silent operation, making it an ideal choice for noise-sensitive workspaces. As an unmanaged switch, it requires no configuration, allowing for immediate deployment by simply connecting network devices, making it a cost-effective and efficient solution for increasing network speed and capacity.
