The HPE S0G07A is an Aruba CX 8325P series Layer 3 switch, engineered for high-demand campus core, aggregation, and data center Top-of-Rack (ToR) or End-of-Row (EoR) deployments. It addresses the need for high-density, low-latency 40/100GbE connectivity required by modern mobile, cloud, and IoT workloads. This model provides a robust foundation for building scalable and resilient network fabrics. This switch is built on the advanced AOS-CX operating system, a modern, database-driven OS that automates and simplifies network operations. With a non-blocking architecture, it delivers a massive 6.4 Tbps of switching capacity and a forwarding rate of up to 2,000 Mpps, ensuring line-rate performance for bandwidth-intensive applications. Features like BGP-EVPN for VXLAN provide advanced network segmentation and virtualization capabilities essential for multi-tenant environments. Designed for high availability, the S0G07A bundle includes two DC power supplies and six front-to-back airflow fan trays, all of which are redundant and hot-swappable.
