Overview
The HPE S4A52A is an Aruba CX 8325P series high-performance switch, engineered for S4A52Ademanding data center and campus core/aggregation environments. This specific bundle provides a robust Layer 3 switching platform designed to handle the intensive traffic loads generated by modern applications, cloud integration, and IoT devices. It addresses the need for high-density, low-latency, 40GbE and 100GbE connectivity in a compact, 1U footprint. Powered by the AOS-CX operating system, the CX 8325P offers a modern, microservices-based architecture that delivers exceptional resiliency and programmability. Key technologies like the Aruba Network Analytics Engine provide deep visibility for rapid troubleshooting. This architecture ensures that network operations are automated and simplified, allowing for real-time monitoring and remediation of network issues before they impact services. Designed for top-of-rack (ToR) or end-of-row (EoR) data center deployments, the S4A52A bundle includes two AC power supplies and six fan trays in a back-to-front airflow configuration. Its fully distributed architecture supports up to 6.4 Tbps of switching capacity, ensuring line-rate performance for all ports. Management is streamlined through REST APIs, Python scripting, and integration with Aruba NetEdit for centralized configuration and automation.
