Overview
The HPE S3L77A is a member of the Aruba CX 6300L Switch Series, a modern family of stackable Layer 2 access switches engineered for the demands of enterprise campus, branch, and SMB networks. It is designed to provide a reliable and secure foundation for networks supporting a high density of mobile, cloud, and IoT devices. This switch addresses the need for high-speed, high-power connectivity at the network edge, enabling the deployment of next-generation wireless access points and other advanced client devices. Built upon a powerful Gen7 ASIC architecture, this switch delivers consistent, low-latency performance. It features 48 HPE Smart Rate multi-gigabit ports that automatically adapt to speeds of 1, 2.5, and 5 Gbps, allowing organizations to maximize the performance of existing cabling infrastructure. The inclusion of high-power IEEE 802.3bt (Class 6 and 8) PoE provides up to 90W per port, ensuring sufficient power for advanced devices like Pan-Tilt-Zoom security cameras and the latest Wi-Fi 6 access points.
