Netgear MS308-100NAS - 8-Port 2.5G Multi-Gigabit Unmanaged Switch
Overview :
We specialize in supplying MSPs and IT procurement teams with wholesale networking equipment. Benefit from bulk order discounts, consistent stock, and dedicated support for large deployments. Whether you need unmanaged switches for simple setups or advanced managed switches for enterprise clients, we are your reliable partner.
The Netgear MS308-100NAS is a high-performance, unmanaged multi-gigabit switch designed to eliminate network bottlenecks in modern small-to-medium business (SMB) environments and professional home offices. As bandwidth requirements increase due to the adoption of Wi-Fi 6/6E access points, high-speed NAS storage, and 4K video production workflows, standard Gigabit Ethernet often becomes a significant constraint. This switch provides eight dedicated 2.5GBASE-T ports, delivering 2.5 times the speed of traditional Gigabit connections over existing Cat5e or better cabling.
Engineered for seamless integration, the MS308 requires zero configuration, making it an ideal "plug-and-play" solution for edge deployments where technical resources may be limited. Its fanless, silent design allows for placement in noise-sensitive areas like conference rooms, libraries, or open-plan offices. The rugged metal housing ensures long-term durability and efficient heat dissipation, while the energy-efficient Ethernet (IEEE 802.3az) standard optimizes power consumption based on cable length and link status. Whether you are upgrading a creative workstation cluster or expanding a high-speed branch network, the MS308 offers a cost-effective path to multi-gigabit speeds without the complexity of managed networking hardware.Key Features :
Eight 2.5G ports for high-speed multi-gigabit connectivity.
Fanless design ensures silent operation in quiet spaces.
Plug-and-play setup requires no software or configuration.
Durable metal chassis with desktop or wall-mount options.
