The TRENDnet TI-UPG62 is a hardened, unmanaged industrial Gigabit Ultra PoE switch designed for reliable performance in extreme environmental conditions. This Layer 2 DIN-rail switch is engineered for deployment in surveillance, manufacturing, and other industrial settings where temperature, vibration, and electrical interference pose a challenge. It provides a robust solution for connecting and powering high-power devices such as PTZ cameras, wireless access points, and VoIP telephony directly over Ethernet cabling. At its core, the TI-UPG62 simplifies network expansion in harsh locations by combining power and data delivery into a single rugged unit. It features four Gigabit ports that support the IEEE 802.3bt standard, capable of supplying up to 60W of power per port, alongside two dedicated SFP slots for long-distance fiber optic connectivity.
