Overview:
The Eaton NPOE-SPL-G-5VMU is a Tripp Lite active Power over Ethernet splitter that separates PoE power and Ethernet data into independent connections. It delivers 5V DC at 1A (5W) through a USB Micro-B connector while providing 10/100/1000 Mbps Gigabit Ethernet through an RJ45 connection.
The splitter accepts 36–57VDC PoE input and can be installed up to 328.08 ft. (100 m) from a PoE switch or 48V injector over Cat5e/6 cabling. It is intended for non-PoE network equipment such as wireless access points, security cameras, VoIP phones, and other edge devices requiring 5V/1A power.
The NPOE-SPL-G-5VMU provides plug-and-play operation without configuration and supports IEEE 802.3af PoE, 802.3 Ethernet, 802.3u Fast Ethernet, and 802.3ab Gigabit Ethernet standards.
