The Ubiquiti UACC-CABLE-PATCH-EL-C6A-12M-W is a 12 m UniFi Premium Patch Cable designed and optimized for 10 GbE networking. It features a braided thermoplastic elastomer jacket and translucent booted shielded RJ45 connectors designed for optimal Etherlighting brightness on compatible Ubiquiti equipment. Ubiquiti specifies support for data rates up to 10 GbE and PoE up to PoE+++.
Ethernet Connectivity
This Cat6A patch cable provides pre-terminated RJ45 connectivity for compatible Ethernet equipment. The 12 m end-to-end length is suited to longer indoor network connections where a compact pre-terminated cable is required.
Construction and Routing
The cable uses a braided thermoplastic elastomer jacket and stranded copper conductors. The 12 m version has a 3.3 mm jacket diameter and a minimum bend radius of 27 mm. The cable uses UTP construction and is specified for indoor operation.
Etherlighting Connector Design
The translucent booted shielded RJ45 connectors are designed to provide optimal brightness for Etherlighting effects when connected to compatible Ubiquiti equipment.
Key Features
- 12 m end-to-end Cat6A patch cable
- Supports data rates up to 10 GbE
- Translucent booted shielded RJ45 connectors designed for Etherlighting
- Braided TPE jacket with a 3.3 mm outer diameter
- Supports PoE up to PoE+++
Applications
The UACC-CABLE-PATCH-EL-C6A-12M-W is intended for indoor Ethernet connections between compatible RJ45 network equipment. Its 12 m length provides additional reach for connections between switches, gateways, access points, patch panels, and other Ethernet devices.
DC Supplies Product Note
The 12 m version uses a 3.3 mm jacket diameter and a 27 mm minimum bend radius, rather than the 3 mm diameter and 24 mm minimum bend radius specified for the shorter 0.15–8 m versions. These dimensions should be considered when planning cable routing and cable management.
