The Eaton Tripp Lite N262-015-BL is a 15-foot Cat6a 10G-certified shielded STP Ethernet patch cable with male-to-male RJ45 connectors and a blue PVC jacket. It is designed for connecting 10G network switches, servers, routers, patch panels, and other Ethernet equipment.
The cable uses 26 AWG stranded copper, four-pair construction, and shielded twisted-pair technology. It supports 10 Gbps Ethernet at up to 500 MHz under the Cat6a specification, with testing to 600 MHz. The shielding helps reduce EMI/RFI interference in dense network environments.
It is suitable for data centers, server rooms, network closets, and rack deployments requiring shielded 10Gbps connectivity. It also supports PoE/PoE+ applications. Because it is STP cabling, it should not be selected when the installation specifically requires unshielded UTP cabling.
