Overview
The Eaton Tripp Lite N261-UR6N-BL is a 6-inch Cat6a unshielded twisted-pair Ethernet patch cable with molded RJ45 male-to-male connectors. It is designed for short connections between servers, switches, routers, patch panels, and other network equipment in high-density 10G Ethernet environments.
The cable supports 10 Gbps networking and uses four-pair, 32 AWG stranded copper conductors. Its 2.8 mm outer diameter makes it more than 50% smaller than standard Cat6a cable, reducing cable bulk and helping preserve airflow in crowded equipment racks. The connectors use gold-plated contacts for signal-transfer performance.
The N261-UR6N-BL is suited to very short copper patch connections and cable-management applications where space is limited. Its UTP construction is intended for standard Ethernet deployments; shielded cabling should be selected where EMI/RFI protection is specifically required.
