Overview :

The Jabra 14201-30 is an Electronic Hook Switch (EHS) adapter designed to enable remote call control between Jabra wireless headset systems and compatible Cisco IP desk phones with USB headset support. It is used in enterprise telephony environments where users require hands-free call answering, call ending, and volume control directly from the headset.

This adapter is commonly deployed in call centers, corporate UC environments, and office VoIP setups to improve mobility and productivity. It allows users to manage calls without physically interacting with the desk phone, making it suitable for high-call-volume operations.
