The Lenovo 40A80045US ThinkPad USB 3.0 Ultra Dock is a universal docking solution designed for professionals who require expanded workspace connectivity through a single USB 3.0 uplink. It solves the limitation of modern thin-and-light laptops by providing a centralized hub for high-resolution displays, wired networking, and multiple USB peripherals. This dock is a staple for corporate offices, hot-desking environments, and home workstations.

Technically, the dock utilizes DisplayLink technology to drive dual external monitors, supporting up to 4K Ultra HD resolution (3840x2160 @ 30Hz) via the DisplayPort output. It features a robust array of six USB ports, including four USB 3.0 ports for high-speed data transfer and two USB 2.0 ports for legacy peripherals.
