The StarTech 215N-TB5USB4DOCK is a high-performance Thunderbolt 5 universal docking station built for modern enterprise laptops and high-bandwidth workstation environments. It is used by IT teams and power users to consolidate connectivity, display expansion, and power delivery through a single cable interface.

It supports Thunderbolt 5, Thunderbolt 4, and USB4 hosts, delivering up to 120Gbps bandwidth with support for dual 8K 60Hz or triple 4K 144Hz displays. The dock provides up to 140W Power Delivery for laptops using an included 180W adapter, along with a dedicated 30W USB-C port for mobile device charging.

The integrated 2.5GbE Ethernet port enables high-speed network access beyond standard gigabit, while multiple USB 10Gbps ports support high-performance peripherals and storage. Built-in SD 4.0 and microSD card slots support UHS-II media for fast data transfers, making it suitable for content creation and data-intensive workflows.

This dock is designed for driverless deployment across Windows and macOS systems, simplifying IT rollout. It is ideal for high-performance laptop environments and should not be used with legacy USB-only systems lacking USB-C Alt Mode or Thunderbolt support.
