Eaton P580-050 Tripp Lite 50 ft DisplayPort Cable with Latches

Overview

The Eaton P580-050 is a Tripp Lite by Eaton 50 ft. (15.24 m) DisplayPort cable with latching DisplayPort male connectors on both ends. It provides a digital video and audio connection between compatible computers, workstations, media sources, monitors, projectors, and other DisplayPort-equipped equipment. Eaton identifies the cable as a passive, bidirectional DisplayPort 1.2 cable.

The Tripp Lite P580-050 supports resolutions up to 1920 × 1200 (1080p) according to Eaton's current product listing, while the model-specific datasheet also specifies 2560 × 1600 at 60 Hz and 1920 × 1200 at 120 Hz. It supports HDCP and carries digital video and audio through a single cable.

Because of its 50 ft. passive cable length, Eaton recommends using a B121-000 signal booster in applications where additional signal strength is required for maximum performance.
