Overview

The Eaton U457-2M2-SATAG2, from the Tripp Lite series, is a USB-C to dual M.2 SATA SSD/HDD enclosure adapter designed to connect two M.2 SATA drives to a computer through USB-C or Thunderbolt 3. It supports M.2 SATA drive sizes 2230, 2242, 2260, and 2280, with SATA III up to 6 Gbps and individual drives up to 2 TB.

The Tripp Lite enclosure provides USB 3.1 Gen 2 connectivity up to 10 Gbps and supports UASP and RAID configurations for high-speed storage access, backups, drive recovery, and data redundancy. Its vented aluminum housing provides passive cooling for the installed drives.
