NVIDIA MCA7J65‑N005 Active Copper Breakout Cable

Overview :

The NVIDIA MCA7J65‑N005 is an active copper breakout cable used by network and storage engineers to split an 800 Gb/s OSFP link into two independent 400 Gb/s QSFP112 channels. It supports InfiniBand NDR‑class fabrics and is designed to interconnect high‑speed switches to host adapters or DPUs. The cable uses an equalizer (ACC technology) to maintain signal integrity over medium‑length runs up to 5 meters. It’s suitable for HPC clusters, AI clusters, and scale‑out data center topologies. Directionality requires the OSFP end toward switches and QSFP112 ends toward compute nodes and NICs.
