The APC AP9620 is a SmartSlot communications module used in compatible APC UPS units. It enables UPS-Link protocol translation and legacy serial/USB communications for data acquisition and control. It supports UPS models such as SC, SMC, SMX, SMT, SURTD, and SRT in scenarios where UPS-Link is required. The module fits into SmartSlot expansion bays in data centers, branch offices, or edge sites and integrates with existing UPS management frameworks.
